We are a team of animal and wildlife-obsessed marketing and creative professionals with a proven track record in the pet industry as well as the general animal and natural world sector.
Yes! We are experts in what our own pets love, but we also know the industry and we know pet people, they are our tribe!

Victoria Elsmore
Creative Director
Owned by three dogs, three guinea pigs, two rabbits and two hamsters, three children and a husband (No, we don't know where she finds the time either!)
Victoria is our founder and creative director. With over 20 years experience in the pet industry she is a qualfiied Master Photographer and videographer aswell as being a university qualified behaviour and welfare consultant (Harper Adams University) She is qualified in creative writing with the Open University and is currently working towards her CIM marketing qualification and her level 6 Canine Psycholgy (we did say she is a busy lady!)

Usually found lying flat on the ground to get the right angle, waist deep in mud (she is short, so not such a difficult feat) or picking hay from her hair nothing is too difficult when it comes to animals!

Victoria has written for national dog magazines, local magazines and has worked as part of the accredited Crufts press delegation for a number of years. Printed in The Times News and The Sun newspapers!

Meet Craig!
Craig is our Shopify and web design expert! When he is not out in the garden, walking his dog Una or helping his daughter with the horses he is busy creating awesome websites!
He is a certified Shopify Partner and holds Google SEO certification. He has a proven track record with a long line of past clients queuing to thank him for improving the functionality, speed and sales conversions of their existing online presence through to those who have never known anything other than the super speedy, excellent design and service provided by Craig.

Emily Nickless

Emily is our marketing extraordinaire, she is full of passion, purpose and excellent ideas! All underpinned by her CIM Level 6 in Professional Marketing, BA Hons Marketing Communications and Advertising and her CIM accreditation. She also has a string of awards to her name and has contributed over 10 years to the marketing world, part of which working for Shropshire Wildlife Trust on their digital strategy.
Emily believes in responsible messaging around animal welfare and grew up with a dog that actually saved her life! (We all know dogs that can do that, but wow, Emily!)

Nicky Browning
Copywriter and Creative Pathway
Hey Nicky!
Nicky is the crazy cat lady of our team and all round joyful person! She is looked after by her cat Dylan who is head of customer service at home!
Nicky is our wordsmith, master of voice, champion of B-Corp and vibrant creative! She loves creative strategy and brings a thoughtful energy to our team.
Nicky has a BA (Hons) in Classical Studies and English as well as Business Sustainability Management certification from the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership.
In 15 years working in the creative marketing industry she has worked with Graze, Lily's Kitchen, Tails.com and Stocked and even written a childrens book! (another busy lady!)
Passionate about planet, pets and people Nicky is also our B-Corp and sustainability expert.
Kaye Heseltine
Graphic Designer

Another superstar member of our team, Kaye is the queen of vibrancy and functional visuals (She is also the master of networking and loves a natter with other businesses!).
With a BA (Hons) in Graphic Communication she is an Adobe wizard with over 20 years experience in the industry. From bland to brand! Kaye is a creative thinker and an expert in practical, strategy-backed design. She has a passion for planet and wildlife that has seen her working for a prominent bird feed company!

Elise Bailey
Sales and Customer Relationships
Boop Otto's nose! Oh and Hi Elise!
Elise is not to be overshadowed, but if you ever meet Otto you would completely understand why Elise is Robin to Otto's Batman in this pic! Maybe, we should give him a job role too?
When not playing understudy to Otto's handsome mugshot Elise is a sales powerhouse with a super hero talent for listening! Elise listens to Victoria's crazy ramblings and turns those ideas into a sales plan!
She brings 30 years of sales experience to the team, she will listen to your customers and provide a bespoke sales service, ensuring that no lead goes unattended ever again! Oh and as an added bonus, she loves a good trade show! Meeting people and building relationships is Elise's thing!
